Project Energy Nebraska (PEN) is a student-led program advised by David Gosselin that aims to contribute to the development of sustainable and resilient communities. Since Spring 2021, PEN has provided a capacity-building experience for students. PEN's mission is to help prepare Nebraska communities to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
